Good morning everyone! I can't believe the weekend is almost over!
How was yours? Mine was spent with my mom who is a bit "under the weather" at the moment with her gall bladder! So I got through a lot of quilting and she managed to finish her Tunisian Crochet blanket. Its beautiful.

Anyway I still have more lovely photographs of our trip to Mossel Bay to share with you.

The guest house we stayed in. Is also 'pet friendly'! Awesome. We plan on visiting them again in the future.

A view of the harbour from our bedroom window - slightly overcast but still beautiful! This pic taken with my phone, so apologies !

We had just arrived and started unpacking when we noticed a splash in the water. The whales and dolphins were playing in the bay! A beautiful sight. See to the left of the pic.

The local 'dassies' or rock rabbits have become quite tame at the lookout Point because visitors have spoilt them and feed them. Also not such a good idea, although its exciting having such close contact with a wild animal.

They are very fast and agile which makes photographing them... difficult!

  1. The dassies are so strange - almost rabbit, almost guinea pig, almost rat but they are very South African. You were lucky too to see the dolphins - so lovely! xx
